Note: This app will only work if you have location services enabled. If you see the message "Please try again after your location has been found" then please double check that your location services are enabled!Shout! Is a messaging app that allows you to communicate with those around you (range of about 20km!) - and you don't have to have them on your contacts list! If you are looking for classmates to work with or just want to make new friends, just send a Shout and see who replies!
Shouts will send notifications to everyone within your vicinity and they can also Shout - or they can privately message you back. If you just want to send a broadcast, but not get any private messages, you can send your messages anonymously!
