Packet Generator Description
The App requires rooted Android phones for generating ICMP packets. However, for TCP and UDP packets, the App does not require rooted Android phones.Packet Generator app can be used for:
1. Testing firewall’s filtering rules, intrusion detection system’s attack signatures, and router’s ACLs.
2. Generating Denial of Service (DoS) attack traffic for educational purpose.
3. Learning about network packet generation.
