The Kier Repairs App helps you to report a repair via your Android. We have created the app to offer our customers another way to report a repair, quickly and easily. Download our app now to submit your repair directly to Kier.Features:
• Full report process via Android
• Kier teams are based in your location
• Take pictures of issue(s) that needs repairing on your camera phone and are sent direct to the app
• Automatically turns the cameras flash on/off to suit the environment
• Preview the picture of the issue(s) for repair before continuing report
• Skip option if you aren’t able to take picture of issue(s) for repair
• Describe and categorise your issue(s) for repair
• GPS positioning to establish the location of your property
• Quick default address button – saving time in completing report
• Select preferred time you would like an engineer to visit
• High level internet checking system �� prevents loss of reports
• Saved issue(s) for repair screen – this allows you to save any issue(s) for future sending when in stronger signal areas.
